A ’famille rose’ yellow-ground altar vase,
presumably Republic with Qianlongs seal mark in red.
A compressed globular body decorated with the Eight Buddhist Emblems interspersed with stylised lotus sprays, above lotus lappets and beneath pendant ruyi heads, the splayed foot and broad neck encircled by colourful lappet and petal borders. The upper neck with a wide disc-shaped section. The base and interior with turkoise glaze. Height 26,5 cm.
