The exhibition, which constitutes a unique link between the two institutions, is about abstraction, economy and the working conditions for artists. Abstract Possible explores and problematises three prominent tendencies in contemporary art: formal abstraction, economic abstraction and “withdrawal” (the literal translation of the Latin ab trahere).
