How to shop from Artnet Sweden
Regardless of whether you are already a customer or want to become one, you first pick the art item you are interested in, then click (Buy  to shopping basket). When all the Items you want to buy are in the shopping basket, click "Till kassan" (Go to checkout). 

Add the items you want to your shopping basket by clicking "Lägg i varukorg" (Add to shopping basket) alongside each Item.

Shopping basket
You can see the total number and cost of the items you have put in your shopping basket. It also shows our standard shipping charge, currently Euro 30 (not applicable to customers outwith Sweden, who are charged the cost of shipping abroad). Note that this is the only additional charge when you place an order at Artnet Sweden.

Note that Swedish VAT is charged to private individuals outside Sweden but within the EU. Individuals outwith the EU are supplied VAT-free.
Companies in the EU are supplied VAT-free provided they have registered their VAT number. Companies outside the EU are always supplied VAT-free.

You can always change the basket by clicking "Visa/Ändra" (Show/edit). You can then add or remove  item  in your shopping basket. Click "Uppdatera antal" (Update quantity) when you have completed your changes.
When you are satisfied that your shopping basket contains what you want, click "Till kassan" (Go to checkout) in the shopping basket.

Customer details
First check that the address details are correct. If you need to change any address details, on the same line as the "Customer details"  heading. You are then redirected to a new page where you can edit your customer details. When you have made your changes, click "Uppdatera" to return to your order.
Shopping basket

Check that the titles and quantities are correct. If you want to change the contents, click "Edit" ("Ändra I varukorg") on the same line as the heading "Basket" ("Varukorg"). You are then redirected to a new page where you can add or remove copies of the titles you have chosen. When you have made your changes, click "Uppdatera" to return to your order.
When you have checked that your customer details and the contents of your shopping basket are correct, click "Place order" ("Bekräfta din beställning") at the bottom of the page.
You can cancel your purchase by clicking "Cancel" ("Avbryt köp").
Methods of payment
You can pay on invoice or by credit card. You choose your method of payment at the checkout.
Payment on invoice (not available for private customers outwith Sweden, who can only pay by credit card)
The invoice is included with the Item.

Private customers
You have no credit. Please note that if you wish to pay on invoice, you must give your Personal Identity Number in the customer details on your user account.
Business customers

(NOTE: There is a different procedure for customers outside Sweden please e-mail artnet@aland.net for information.)
The credit period is 30 days. Business customers may give a delivery address that is different from the billing address. In such cases, a delivery note is included with the Item and the invoice is sent separately to the billing address.
We also offer monthly invoicing, with deliveries invoiced on the 27th of each month (a delivery note is included with each delivery. If you would like to be invoiced monthly, please contact Customer Services at artnet@aland.net (the monthly invoicing service is set up manually).


Payment by credit card


We currently accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard,Diners Club. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, click "Place Order" , then fill in your card details on the page that then appears. If the card details are accepted and we can reserve the whole order amount against your account, then the order is placed. Once the order has been processed, we withdraw the dispatched amount from your account. Note that the amount reserved against your account may be unavailable until the order has been fully processed.

5) Reciept
When you have clicked "Confirm order" you go to the receipt page, which is the final page in the checkout process. When the receipt appears, you know that we have received your order. You can print it or save it on your computer to allow you to refer to the order number in any future correspondence with us.
As the receipt appears we send an e-mail to the address you have given us, telling you that we have received your order. A few days after the order, we also e-mail an order conformation to you.

Return Policy

Artnet Sweden AB,  would like our customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods for a prompt exchange or refund. Shipping costs are incurred at your risk and are not refundable. No restocking fee for returned Paintings and Crafts. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt which was given to you along with the original packaging. There will be no refund on items returned that are not in saleable condition. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. 1. Köpevillkor.

1.1  I samband med första beställningen skall kund för att Artnet.se skall kunna sända föremålet.
 
a. 
registrera sig i Artnets.se  kundregister genom att uppge namn, person- alternativt organisationsnummer, e-postadress och postadress  telefonnummer och e-post adress .

 


2.1   Gällande produktpris inkl moms är det pris, som vid tidpunkten för beställningen finns angivet i Artnet.se  prislista på adress http://www.artnet.se/ artnet shop online.
Samtliga priser är i Euro. 
  
3. Betalningsvillkor3.1  Betalning kan ske
 
a.  mot faktura; eller
b.  via bank-/betal-/kreditkort, Postgiro, Bankgiro.
 
3.2  Vid betalning mot faktura skall betalning ske av beställare inom fjorton (14) dagar och av Företagskund inom trettio (30) dagar räknat från fakturans datum.

3.3  Vid betalning via kort skall kund uppge kortnummer och giltighetsdatum. Kund är skyldig att tillse att medel finns på kortkontot fram till dess Artnet.se tillgodogjort sig betalning. Skulle täckning saknas har Artnet.se rätt att istället fakturera beloppet.

4.1  Beställning kan endast ske på adress http://www.artnet.se/ , om ej särskild överenskommelse gjorts med Artnet.se  före beställningen.Eller via e-post till artnet@aland.net

4.2  Alla meddelanden mellan parterna förutsätts ske med e-post alternativt per telefon. Kund förbinder sig att efter beställningen bevaka sin e-post.

4.4  Kund har rätt att före leverans per e-post avbeställa hela eller viss del av sin beställning. Med leverans menas att kunden erhållit någon del av sin beställning alternativt en avi om att beställningen finns för avhämtning på Posten.
Returer av beställda varor sker på kundens bekostnad, återbetalning till kund  sker 30 dar efter varan mottagits
och granskats.
